- No Mexican taste - Service is useless - Meat is quite nice, but quickly overdone - There is a reason why this restaurant is empty, when the surrounding restaurants have a one-hour wait This restaurant is weird. I was here with my husband on a Sunday evening. When we arrived at about 6pm, the restaurant was quite empty. We saw the huge empty stage and overall a nice looking big restaurant. We were guided to our table, which was comfortable, including the chairs. After some while, a waiter came to the table and took our order: a jug of a red wine/tequila cocktail, roasted cauliflower, some Mexican corn starter, the biggest steak on the menu (T-bone steak on a charcoal grill) with two sides (potato purée with jalapeño) and fried mushrooms. The drinks arrived after about 25 minutes, closely followed by the starter. The drink was very watered down, Tequila was hard to taste - but overall not bad. The cauliflower was very well, and I would recommend this starter. The corn was very blend - even if it looked wonderful. Directly after we finished the starters, the waiter brought the T-bone steak on the grill. The steak already looked very charred - so it seems the kitchen started to early on it. So, it was very well done and not "on point", as promised. The potato purée was the worst dish at this evening. The purée was very dense and even if you could see the pieces of Jalapeño, there was no Jalapeño taste in it. I have no idea why it was served with some Parmesan chip. The mushrooms had much garlic, but even some sour taste from the vinegar they use to cook it in. For me, the mushrooms were still very nice, but my husband hated it very much. The restaurant states to be "Mexican gourmet" kitchen. But no. Here, nothing is Mexican. It's some cross over kitchen with perhaps some Mexican spices. The service was helpless and kind of useless. When my husband had to cough so hard because the grill was smoking so hard in his direction, they did not even check on us. When he complained about the very charred meat and the vinegar, they did not even take him serious and just said, "that's how it is here". There was no live music on that evening, and the music played was mostly reggaeton. We paid about 400,000 COP for the evening. So overall, I would not recommend the place, even as I kind of enjoyed the food - in opposite to my husband.

The food was good, but for some reason, I and my partner got stomach aches. And Too many gasses. I have eaten Mexican food in Mexico and the USA and never had problems.

Location is great. Food is good. Perhaps a bit pricey, but I assume they charge you the live music (very fun btw) within the price. It's worth a try!

I stopped by this restaurant because they had live music and it look like it was a good spot. I was able to secure a table but the chairs were tight, not too comfortable but I decided to stay. I ordered my entree and a Margarita. My entrée came first and I had to ask my waitress for my drink and it still took a long time to deliver it only to find out it was poorly made, the excuse was that the bar was busy, but I was sitting next to the bar I I could tell that was not the case. The Margarita was 1/3 of my entire bill, for such a high price (I could have 4 beers instead) it was awful and served in a whisky glass. I tasted it and didn't drink it. I ordered shrimp with aguachile and it was decent but after eating it I went for the pastor tacos... Once again another disappointment, the meat was plain, they lacked cilantro and radish, definitely poorly made. I ordered a club Colombia beer to go with it and what they brought me was so warm that it felt like they just took it out of the 12 pack box. They had live music and a good environment but the food is poorly made and the drinks need to improve. I wouldn't recommend to go unless you haven't tried good Mexican food in your life.

Mariachi was awesome! Food delicious. Service so friendly. We went there because it was close to where we were staying. Didn't know a thing about it. We won't miss it whenever we come back, Really nice thing they are doing there. Like said, food, service and entertainment! All awesome.
